Online registration closes at the end of the day on March 21st.

No registrations will be guaranteed after March 21st.
NO ON SITE REGISTRATIONS THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

***Event is Limited to the first 200 registrations.***

Time:

The bus will start loading at the Bavarian Hills parking lot at 7:00 AM with pre-registration check-in starting at 7:15 AM.

The opening welcome will be about 8:20 AM. The event will last until at least 4:30 PM. 

Where:
Park at Berlener’s Pharmacy in Bavarian Hills and use the shuttle bus. The event will be at Hermann Rod and Gun (Highway 19 – 1 mile south of Hermann)

Special Notices:

  1. Please bring a canned food item per person for the Herman Food Pantry
  2. NO firearms or ammunition are allowed on property other than those provided, no exceptions.
  3. All attendees are expected to act with the utmost courtesy, no running or mischievous conduct allowed and will result in being asked to leave the event

Clothing:
Wear outdoor clothing and good walking boots. Be prepared for all weather conditions. Bring hearing and eye protection if you have them.

Ages:
7 -16 for boys and girls

COSTS:
$15.00 Youth Membership per child
$15.00 for attending adult that wishes to stay.
Raffle tickets optional.

Description:
Attending youth will have multiple training stations to learn various outdoor skills with mentoring instructors. Stations include fly fishing, archery, shooting sports, building bird houses, black powder, crossbow, trapping, game identification, rock climbing, BB Gun Range, PaintBall Range and much more. This is a structured event. Kids will be put into groups by age and on a schedule throughout the day with a group leader. Additional Information:

  1. Breakfast Danish and lunch will be served
  2. EXTREME YOUTH Competition open to ages 12 to 16: Clay bird shooting, high powered rifle target shooting, turkey calling (bring your own friction call), pistol shooting, Archery
  3. All equipment provided except for friction turkey calls for EXTREME YOUTH Competiion
  4. Door Prizes will include: firearms (all parents and guardians must meet state and federal laws and complete the appropriate forms on site, have ID).
  5. Specify if your child would like to be assigned to a certain group
  6. Adult Supervision and Instructors will be at every station. If you would like to assist at the event please call the contact above.
  7. The raffle ticket available for purchase during registration is for a Mossberg Patriot Super Bantam in 350 Legend with a scope. You may purchase more than one ticket.
